How does the return work?

After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to return them to us. The return of the item is at your own expense. Please send an email to info@petitem.com to register the return. Please send the goods to the following address:

Can a returned item be exchanged directly?

If you would prefer the item in a different size or color, please send us the returned item and re-order the item in your desired size and color. In this case, the return shipping costs will be refunded.

Repayment is on the way

As soon as the returned goods have been received by our logistics department, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund has been initiated and will be credited to the payment method you selected when placing your order within the next few working days.

How do I get my money back?

You will receive your already paid money back into the account of the payment method you specified at the time of sale.
