Your order will be shipped via UPS. Standard shipping is free within Germany and all EU countries. Returning the item is at your own expense.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Shipping costs will be charged for shipments outside the EU.

delivery times

The delivery time is currently 2 to 4 days, unless otherwise stated for individual items. All items are available from stock. For shipping abroad, you must add a maximum of 2 to 5 days to the stated delivery time.

Shipping - Shipment Tracking

We usually ship your order with standard shipping within 48 hours.
As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the expected delivery date.
You can view the current shipping status of your delivery at any time using the "Track shipment" button included in the shipping confirmation.
